This is ACT's new Mod Twin 225 XT Rigid Race Clutch Kit is ideal for high-horsepower AWD vehicles that experience aggressive launches, rapid shifting, and high-performance driving conditions. This clutch combines twice the ceramic friction surfaces with a no-nonsense rigid Mono-Drive hub in a completely modular design. Each diaphragm spring endures an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process that provides a consistent light-pedal feel. The puck-style friction plates with high-quality ceramic friction materials deliver high friction coefficient, superior heat capacity, and longer clutch life. Additionally, the friction plates uniformly transfer torque to a Mono-Drive chrome-moly hub which is heat-treated for strength and durability extending input shaft life with one continuous spline. Ultimately, this package delivers a lightweight and rigid design will provide quicker shits with trouble-free service.
